Delivery & Returns

 

All goods are delivered by your local postal service, be it a normal postal parcel or an EMS one. Please read the tracking information for timing and tracking.

We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, and we want to assure you that we are here to help. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have seven days after delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Please note that if your item was tailor-made, it is exempt from return.

Items that are always exempt from return (except obvious damages during transport, photo proof from day of delivery will be needed) are:

  • Engine parts like big bore kits once used (for obvious reasons)
  • Seats that are tailor made (different colors etc.) or any seats that have been used for more than 2 days (which we consider practice run time)
  • Items that are sold with rebates or discounts

Items that are returned incomplete or damaged may be eligible for partial refunds or may be exempt from refunds altogether upon our discretion.

Shipping costs will not be refunded in any case. Sometimes we sponsor the shipping costs thru the sales price. In case of a return we will deduct the real shipping costs from the price you paid and NOT the shipping costs mentioned in the invoice. Proof of real shipping costs can be obtained from the attached postal sticker that shows the real shipping cost in INR.

In the event that only partial refunds are granted due to reasons such as damage or missing parts, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. We appreciate your patience, as this may take a few days.

All issues regarding customs clearance are within the sole responsibility of the customer. We simply have no knowledge how customs is handled in your country. In case of a missed customs retrieval (items sent back to us because you did not collect them) please contact us and we will support you in this as much as possible. If we receive the items returned undamaged we can either refund the sales price (minus shipping) or send it to you again in which case you would have to pay shipping.

We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason you need to exchange it, please send us an email. We will be happy to assist you with this process.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items.
