Delivery & Returns

Thank you for considering our refund and returns policy. We believe in making the process as straightforward as possible for you.

We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, and we want to assure you that we are here to help. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have seven days after delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Please note that if your item was tailor-made, it is exempt from return. Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

In the event that only partial refunds are granted due to reasons such as damage or missing parts, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. We appreciate your patience, as this may take a few days.

We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason you need to exchange it, please send us an email. We will be happy to assist you with this process.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items.
